I am not a Kolkata born and brought up. But don't know why always felt connected to this city very deeply. It was never been a very good experience being a friend with the people of this city. It hurt me a lot!
I gathered tears from this city of joy though...yet I pray God MAY THIS CITY OF JOY OVERCOME HER PRESENT TRAGEDY VERY SOON. Kolkata broke my heart innumerable times...I neithe love nor can hate this city. But the recent flyover tragedy touched my soul in a very depressing and sad way. I pray to Almighty may the city be blessed with his mercy and kindness. Wish Calcutta (that's the way I prefer to name/call her)endless happiness and peace.
